The Worldwide Turbo market sales are set to hit a record $15 Billion by the year 2021, Since the first UK Franchise was opened in the Autumn of 2013, it has been a tremendous success.

Prospects for the right people are outstanding, bearing in mind that the price of a brand new Turbocharger is very expensive.

On average the cost to remanufacture a turbo is 30% of the cost of a new turbo and sometimes as low as 10%.

The Turbo Remanufacturing sector is one the fastest growing sectors of the auto parts industry. With the rising cost of fuel, car manufacturers have developed an ever increasing range of Diesel cars with engine sizes ranging from 500 cc to 6000 cc, each and every one of these cars has a Turbocharger.

Turbochargers are a must in every diesel car/van & Lorry to stop them from driving like tractors.

Cars which use diesel rather than petrol have much better fuel efficiency, and are therefore cheaper to run. In addition, legally binding EU-wide CO2 emission targets for manufacturers give them added incentives to bring lower emission vehicles to the market.

There are currently over 12 Million Diesel cars registered in the UK.

Training and Support!

You will receive in depth initial training held at our training centre in Stansted , Essex. This training incorporates classroom and practical work until you feel confident in all aspects of the turbo remanufacturing process.

Once you feel confident enough to start running your business on your own we will still offer you a Technician who can stay with you at your workshop to help you with issues in the first week.

Further training courses are offered to franchisees and their team members on an on going basis.

Extensive and continuous support from a dedicated franchise business manager and our UK staff will assist you with recruiting and training new staff, marketing, product control, pricing and other operational areas.

We are looking for individuals, couples or business partnerships with exceptional interpersonal and people skills. These are essential as you'll be dealing with customers and leading your team on a daily basis.

The Ace Turbo franchise model has been deliberately designed so that a previous mechanical / engineering background is not required.

Our franchisees are organisers with a can-do attitude – they are people who get things done. You will need to be dedicated and passionate, as well as being able to adapt to a proven way of working. We need people who are not afraid to “roll their sleeves up and get stuck in”, which means everything from Building a turbo through to administration.

People with the right combination of drive, enthusiasm and business experience are ideal Ace Turbo candidates. Being a Ace Turbo franchisee is a challenge which calls for initiative and determination, and no small amount of dedication. But, if you have a comprehensive understanding of business it's a fantastic opportunity - one that can be personally and professionally rewarding, as well as financially.

Previous experience in the Automotive sector is not a pre-requisite as our proven Franchise model means anyone from a Office worker to a builder can make a Turbo after just 1 days training. The most successful franchisees are entrepreneurial, owner/operators who have excellent people skills.

Financial Information

This may vary and depends on several factors such as site chosen, building costs and Franchise package agreed, but typically an investment of between £50,000 and £65,000 of which £10,000 should be in liquid funds.

The initial agreement is for 10 years. Subject to lease and other considerations, the franchise agreement is renewable by the franchise.

At the moment there is no Franchise fee *, every single penny of your investment will be used for machinery and stock to kit out your chosen workshop so you have a 1 stop turnkey operation.

*Some of the money will go towards our administration costs including IT systems.

The Franchise Package can vary depending on franchise package selected but will typically consist of some or all of the following:

> The right to use the Ace Turbo trademarks.

> Access to our extensive technical data and support.

> The Ace Turbo system for remanufacturing, marketing and selling Turbo products.

> The right to our information, specifications, know-how, and other confidential and proprietary information.

> Office Admin PC & Printer.

> Basic Remanufacturing Core stock.

> Basic Parts Stock.

> Signage and Marketing materials.

> Machinery that will be required to remanufacture turbo chargers (This will include Flow rigs, compressors, Blasting equipment, Parts cleaning machinery & ancillary items as well as Work benches & Tools )

Included in the indicative total investment cost, there is also an allowance for management, and staff training plus initial marketing support prior to opening your store.

Most of the start-up costs are comprised of the fit-out and equipment costs which will vary depending on your site.

The package also includes all fixtures and fittings & Machinery.

Territories are given on a Exclusive First come basis, if you have a particular demographic in mind we will be happy to let you know if it is available.
